Life Transition

Do you want to embrace change and live through the new phases in your life wholeheartedly, but you just can’t help the nagging feeling of self-doubt, anxiety, and stress? Are you feeling a sense of melancholy from losing your old life, no matter how bad that was? It’s natural to feel sad and grief for them, after all they have been a part of you and formed your identity. Therapy can help you make peace with your lost past and aid you in embracing the life you currently have. We will explore your strengths and values to find better ways in navigating the new challenges. 

Stress, Anxiety, and Worry

Are you currently experiencing the feeling of stress, anxiety and worry? Well, you are not alone. These are things that will always exist and we can’t live without them. Even as uncomfortable and unpleasant as they are, those feelings are natural and healthy reactions to life’s ups and downs. However, they can get overwhelming and start to impact other aspects of your life in negative ways. In therapy, you could learn to make space for uncomfortable emotions while finding more effective ways to manage them.

Relationship Issue

Feeling like your relationship is losing its sparks? Are you and your partner going through a rough patch? Do you find it difficult to trust your other half? During the session we can explore your current situations, develop self-awareness, and learn different strategies to help you move towards a healthier and happier relationship.

Grief and Loss

Are you experiencing a significant loss? It could be the death of a loved one, an end of a relationship, a lost friendship, an illness or an unexpected change of plans. Do you feel that your world has been turned upside down? The pain is intense and you don’t think you could ever smile again. No-one should go through that experience alone. In our session, I will hold the space for you and bear witness to your story. Together we would process your grief and make meaning of it. 

Parenting Concerns

Feeling lost when it comes to deal with your children? Unsure of what to do when your child throws a tantrum or when your teenager talks back at you? You’re worried about their future and wanting nothing but the best for them, but they don’t seem to get the message. In our therapy sessions we will work to solve current problems, reframe unhelpful beliefs and learn valuable tools to help you improve your relationship with your kids and teens.
