Here at Morphosis by Choice, we offer walk-and-talk therapy which integrates the therapeutic benefit of nature and movement with life coaching.

Having exposure to nature can contribute to both your physical and emotional wellbeing. It can help to reduce anger, fear, and aggression and increases pleasant feelings in general.

Study shows that walking, even at a comfortable pace can promote the release of a feel-good hormone called endorphins which can reduce stress, stimulate relaxation, and improve your mood. It could be done in the parks, on the streets, or even indoors on the treadmill.

However, for walk-and-talk therapy, we would be heading out to various public parks in Singapore. And while it has physical benefits, the emphasis would be on your emotional wellbeing. We will be talking about your current issues, discussing the goals you want to achieve, and creating an action plan.

Botanic Garden

Botanic Garden

An iconic place that needs little introduction for those who live in Singapore. Located on Cluny Road, it is easily accessible by public transport. Being so close to the city, it offers a respite from the typical hustle and bustle. It is big enough in size that we would be able to find different routes to keep our sessions exciting.

Yishun Pond Park

Yishun Pond Park

A walking distance from Yishun MRT, it is a rather small park overlooking the pond and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital. Ideal for those who like to take it slow. There are benches peppered around the route, where we could stop to enjoy nature and talk about your goals and challenges. If you are in the mood for a longer route, we could easily cross over to Yishun Park and walk amidst the lush greeneries.

Woodlands Waterfront Park

An idyllic setting overlooking the Causeway with an exceptional view of the Straits of Johor. It has everything nature has to offer; the gentle ocean breeze, the sound of calming waves, surrounded by lush greenery, and the open sky. A great space to calm your mind and unravel your worries. We could stroll along the waterfront promenade or escape to the park and walk amongst the trees.
