So here we are, finally writing my first blog for the website. You probably hoping/expecting for some tips on how to manage your anxiety or some other useful stuffs. I promise I’d do more of that in my next post. But today I’d love to take this opportunity to just ramble a little and perhaps explain what this blog is about.

Being a creature of habit – it is naturally uncomfortable for us to adapt to change and take the necessary risks required to follow our beliefs.

There is a saying that goes along the lines of, “Take the risk or lose the chance”. And although I agree with this statement, I myself understand and acknowledge how daunting it is to take such risks to chase after dreams or passions as a new entrepreneur.

In fact, it took me a couple of years of haggling with my thoughts, doing thorough research, taking various courses including attaining Master of Counselling, before I decided to establish Morphosis by Choice.

Heavy emotions such as stress, anxiety, and uncertainty often follow after the changes we stumble across in our day-to-day life.

And let me tell you, I felt all of that and more when I finally registered Morphosis by Choice under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore in 2022. What is important to note is the relief, pride, and motivation that oozed out of me after doing so along with a hint of self doubt and worry are all natural healthy emotions, even when some of them feel less comforting.

As a firm believer in encouraging women to include mental health care in their regular self-care routines, Morphosis by Choice is a local home business that aims to do just that and offer mental wellness services with women in mind.

Here’s what you can look forward to

On this blog site, I will be your moral supporter and encourage you to be the best version of yourself. I will share tips and tricks you can take away and apply to cope with the changes you stumble across in your everyday life.

I will be answering your questions on how you can move on from the negative emotions you feel in your heart. In addition, I will also share more information on mental wellness that can benefit anyone in general.

Thank you for reading and visiting, and I hope you stay tuned for more.
